Legal

Disclosures.

Who produces this research, how it is made, what we own, and what it is not.

Draft — have this reviewed. This page is written to cover the disclosure duties that apply to published investment recommendations in the EU (Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 and Implementing Regulation 2016/958). Have a financial-law lawyer check the final wording against how you actually publish, and against the rules in every country you address.

Identity of the producer

All research on this site and on the Off Radar Stocks Substack is produced by [your full name], [legal entity name and Chamber of Commerce number, if applicable], [city, country]. Contact: hello@offradarstocks.com. Off Radar Stocks is not a registered investment firm and is not supervised by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) or any other competent authority.

Informational purposes only — not advice

Everything published by Off Radar Stocks is general information and opinion, addressed to the public at large. It is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and takes no account of your financial situation, knowledge, experience or objectives. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should consider seeking advice from an appropriately licensed adviser.

Methodology and valuation basis

Our process is published in full on the Approach page. Valuations are estimated using standard methods — discounted cash flow, trading comparables, EV/EBITDA, price/earnings, free cash flow yield and sum-of-the-parts — selected according to the business in question. The method used and the material assumptions behind it are stated in each individual piece, together with the projection horizon and the main sensitivities. Any valuation is an estimate that depends entirely on those assumptions.

Meaning of radar statuses

These labels describe the state of our own work. They are not buy, hold or sell recommendations, and they do not carry a price target or a time horizon unless one is explicitly stated in the underlying research. The proportion of names in each status over the preceding twelve months is published and updated [quarterly / at the date stated here].

Positions and conflicts of interest

The author may hold positions in the securities discussed. Any position held at the time of publication is disclosed in the individual piece and summarised below. Positions may change at any time after publication, and we are under no obligation to update published research.

Current positions: [list holdings here, or state "none". Keep this current — it is the disclosure readers and regulators care about most.]

Off Radar Stocks receives no payment, securities or other consideration from any company covered, from their advisers, or from any third party in exchange for coverage, and has no investment banking, advisory or commercial relationship with the companies discussed. Should that ever change, it will be disclosed prominently in the relevant piece.

Dates

Each piece states the date and time it was completed and the date and time it was first published or distributed. Where research is republished or updated, the original date is retained alongside the update.

Sources and accuracy

Research is based on publicly available information, including annual and interim reports, regulatory filings, company presentations, industry publications and market data. We take reasonable care but make no warranty as to accuracy or completeness. Information can be, or become, out of date.

Investment risk

Investing in equities involves risk, including the total loss of capital. Small-cap and micro-cap securities in particular can be illiquid, volatile and difficult to exit. Companies operating in emerging markets such as photonics or space technology may have limited operating histories and no profits. Past performance is not a guide to future results.

Jurisdiction

Off Radar Stocks is published from the Netherlands. Nothing here is directed at any person in a jurisdiction where publication or availability would be contrary to local law.
